Comparison

10 Marla 50 lac vs 80 lac in main Bahria
20 Marla 100 lac vs 150 lac in main Bahria

Bahria orchard in my observation has superior location
Centrally located
Dual access from Raiwind Road and Sunder road back

Near to ring road adda plot and alternate road

Lots of universities colleges and industrial estates close to it along with commercial hospitals schools etc.

Please share your opinion about future potential and positive negative

The speed of trend in the up up up prices showing there is very limited time behind to compete Bahria Canal Side. The trend of prices declare that prices of Bahria Canal and Bahria Orchard would be almost leveled in coming few months.

I think Orchard is more attractive due to many realistic reasons. No doubt it had better access and well connected with a network of Main Roads. My vote: positive

Orchard is going same on the foot prints of Main Bahria but it's access and approach is better than Bahria Canal. It's investment time.

I am so positive about bahria orchard potential. It will b main bahria town in near future as all bahria offices and mangement is being shifted in bahria Orchard prices will be equal to bahria town canal road.very soon ,watch and decide,as race has started.

How come you guys forget. Bahria Canal will have an access from Raiwind Road too through Golf View Residencia and that's just next to Adda Plot ring road interchange and thats 5 kms before Bahria Orchard. Bahria Orchard is low cost and will remain be with smaller size of plots.

Lahori Bhai, kindly open Google earth LRE map and check future attachment of Bahria Orchard and Bahria Canal. Bahria orchard is spreading towards Raiwind side and Bahria Canal is going to connect with two internal Roads from sector F and Sector E towards Orchard. Just like DHA in the contonment area. I think now you can understand how prices of Orchard would touch to peak in few coming months as Bahria Canal is at peak.

Awami villas, Saffari Villas, 5marla, 8marla, 10marla, 1kanal, 2kanal plots available in the market. It means all category plots are exists in ORCHARD.

I think it has better location. People who visited it not come return without investment in it so I recommend to go and visit this area and society before loss a good opportunity

you cannot compare these both at all. Canal side bahria will always have its charm.. raiwind kay akhri konay may ja kr bahria orchard hai. ager use ki prices barhay gi tu canal wali side ki bhi banay gi. jitni construction aur kaam canal side may hochuka hai wo stage pay atay huey it will take years for orchard. acha hai prices barhni chahiye per jab travel krna parta hai na raiwind road pay day to day affairs ka liye tu lag patha jata hai sub ko.. so canal side ka apna charm hai jis ko ap compare nae kr saktey orchard sy
