I'm planning to buy 1 kanal plot in Ivy green. Kindly advise, should I invest in this phase or not. Your expert opinions will be highly appreciated. Thanks Saad

There are few plots for one kanal in IVy green.
I kanal is better in prism.
however small plots like 10 marla is OK to buy in Ivy green.
However for one kanal Prism is recommended. |

IVY green for sure will be delivered in 2019, already there is lot of work on the ground, that is responsible for its high price as comapred to phase 9 for all catergories, DHa Phase 9 will take another 3 years ie 2022. So inbetween price of IVY green may be better.
However for long term Prism is better. |

IVY Green development work is very slow but as it is a small project it should be delivered in the next 3 years. However, at these high prices I don't recommend it as this is rather a secluded project and when there is no construction activity even after possession the prices will fail to register too much growth. Also, new of IVY Green extension coming in future might mean a glut of supply of plots in the IVY Green market which will not bring the prices down but it will make it a low profit project. |
