Hi, it means that Look for a plot in Prism "B" Block.
As B block is currently under priced due to "Area excluded".
IN this budget perhaps you can find a good plot in B block.

If Excluded area comes under DHA, then it will be one of the best block, rest Allah Knows.

I get your point. what other options are there in DHA Prism... can you very briefly tells what are currently good blocks in Prism.. and what is the range of average kanal plot there... Average if not "very good" or "excellent. but surely not bad.

Hi,

The top blocks are A, C, D, P, Q, R
H, G and F are good blocks too.

may be around 75, you can find plots in E, M, N, L, F, B, L block.

Top plots are touch 1 crore.

But in this budget, Yon can try in H, L, M, N and B block.

I think you should try in H and B.

Thanks alot Mian Sahab.. you cleared whole picture for me. JazakAllah. now i will tell my condition more specifically. I can raise a budget of around 150 lacs. And i was before thinking to buy two equal rated plot worth 75-75 or 73-73 (minus costs in buying those)... Is there any better option for me ?? Like i can get one top location like in 95-100 and other can be a good 10 marla ?? or 75-75 kanal would be more better in 3-4 year investment bracket ?

Top location is sector A or lower portion of sector C near to sector A.

# Ishgaq sb. It much much better that you should go for one 1 kanal good location around 95 to 100 in A block Prism and second by remaining amount go for 10 marla in C or R block best combination of the time. After 4 years "In Shaa Allah" you get what you will good return.

i mean it depends.

option 1: Top location (A, C lower portion, P & Q block) + Top location C block 10 marla or R block 10 marla.

Option 2: Look for a plot in B, F, G or H Block .. they are good and clean blocks and slightly less value + Look for a clean plot of 10 marla in L block --- YOu will save some money.


May be i will go for option 2 to save some money and this investment will have some room to grow.

To me B is a good block since if we look at Google maps, excluded area is not a village, it will be plots .. it is close to DHA Phase 9 M Block, Askari 11, etc. if the area comes under DHA Possession, i believe it will be more hot area like A, P, Q.

Your option-2 looks risky. but if the risk turns out to be exactly what you are hoping... it would be multiple folded growth i believe. Obviously Options-1 is more secure and chances of growths are guranteed there too.

I will further think upon it quickly, and then will proceed with the final go.

Once again thanks alot for your valuable feedbacks.. can you tell about devlopment charges ? how much it is EXPECTED from DHA against one kanal and against 10 marla ?? and when ? and in how much installments ?

Asking in general terms as per their usual practices.

Try buying DHA 9 Prism H G E plots or any corner large road facing park main or main back inn K M L N. Stay away from boundary village etc.

My most favorite blocks are still good for long term investments. Any plots in A B C D P R could be bought at reasonable prices with room to grow but currently those are priced high due to massive gains after my recommendations after ballot. No need to sell these blocks . Hold for long term but buying should be done with care now.

@ Ishfaq bhai my mentor Cmy post is there for your assistance. Anyhow my mentor hidden words still pointing towards A,P,C,D,Q. "Only only good locations" Although Cmy have entered a new block in it and that you better guess yourself? Secondly development charges for kanal is 19.5 lack & for ten marla is 13 lack.
Best of luck to hunt good ones. Its better to hunt with LRE experienced team.
