There are many people on the forum including CMY who are thinking that DHA is holding large number of plots nearing about 2000 in prism which have not been included in the in the ballot. Those might be released to mini ballots. Some people might remember the issue between DHA and ETBP which was holding up Prism ballot. Then high ups got involved and deal between dha and ETBP was reached via Supreme Court bench headed by then CJ. Now interpretation of the court verdict is turning the relationship into sour. DHA is meant to handover 642 residential and 100 commercial plots for which ETBP is not willing to pay any development charges. ETBP is getting more than one plot for each 2 kanals surrendered to dha and on top of that 100 commercial plots. Contrary to that farmers and general public get one kanal file for mutating 4 kanal land in favour of DHA. Still development charges have to be paid on top of that. But here might is right and who ever can screw other people should do that because that seems to be law of land as govt department is setting the example.
But these number of plots in residential and commercial have to reach market yet and DHA may be holding more plots in their kitty to deal with not payment of development charges if they lost the case.

Zahid saab very nice science but i think you have not checked which plots are held by DHA. If this is the case then why DHA held plots in almost all blocks why then did not hold all plots in one block only. Your story does not seem true |

I remember when the ballot was held and excel info sheet was shown here or somewhere and according to that sheet DHA held a lot of plots in Prism outside of ballot and I think that is a normal practice as part of a phased release plan, contingency and litigation planning and for the need of extra funds in the future. Similarly, DHA has released a lot of plots it held in DHA Town over the last year which kept the prices stagnant. I think every phase experiences this problem for some time after the ballot. |

These locations are near DHA6-7 and 9town. |

I am not sure if it's relevant or not but DHA bought back many files just one month before the ballot. CMY sb also confirmed it in his post at that time. I dont know what was the purpose of that |

As per law of pakistan land owner get 1/3 developed Land without development charges. You cant measure the development with same yard stick DHA Eme best development standar and and PCSIR staff or audit and account which have worst development of infrastructure. As DHA development standrad is good and there is investor interest hence people have been accepting 1/4 Land and due development charges. |

In each phase DHA Lahore keep 1000 plots that are used to allot to military officer that retire in future years. This process can take even 10 years as not all officers dont retire on one day together.
Also few plots are used for pockets relocation and village clearance etc.
DHA did buy 100s files from open market at around 55 lacs before DHA9 Prism ballot purely for investment purpose so they can possibly sell those on installments on right suitable time. |

I know what is given to public but i dont know what is handed over to military service benefit. If someone can share military service ballot information then it is easy to workout what dha is holding |

EPTB had 1152 kanals is in mauza Lidhar (phase6, 9 and DHA Town), 2862 kanals in mauza Motasingh wala (phase 9) and 244 kanals in mauza rakh dhera chaal (Govt of Punjab land, phase 6 and 7). Of this 843 kanals was transferred to DHA in mauza Lidhar and Motasingh wala. Land in Lidhar was not transferred because of Sikh community protest. This is based on report in Dawn newspaper. |
