What is the future of boundry plots in prism.As prices of other plots have almost doubled there is still no change in there prices ie almost 55 lacks only. What will be there future

They will be dead investments for years to come. Remember all plots that were red lined by me. All of those gained almost none will best plots doubled.

CMY yes I would also like to see this map. As I have a 5m plot R-1263. This is on the boundary wall. In your opinion, should this be sold and re-invested elsewhere? |

Plot price in DHA would go up regardless of location. Yes, the rise would not be same as other plots but still that won't give you loss in long run. Sharing my own personal experience. |

I disagree a little with dear cmy. as when the possession of plots is given and after construction activity prices do rise alot.for example just compare the prices of plots in phase 5 on main road and the ones on the back near boundary there is only difference of 15 to 20 lac and this much difference is nothing when you compare in the long run and when u are dealing in crores.so people who bought 2 boundary plots instead of going for 150 ft plots are the real winners in the long run |
