DHA Ballot ::: 8 Marla Commercial Plots,

Any comments on few 8 Marla Commercial offered in Phase 3 XX and Z Blocks and Phase 5 CCA. Whether these are under priced and worth applying in the ballot?

Some of these seem a good buy but one has to have 25% of the amount, if successful

Dear Danial, i am not sure of your investment horizon and purpose. These appear to be priced slightly lower than the market, therefore are good if you want to build and rent. However, for the purpose of investments, it may be better to invest in the new DHA phases for the sake of capital gains.

@Junaid. Thanks for sharing your views. What about short term investment horizon with an objective to apply and if successful immediately try to sell it. Are there any gains expected and are there certain plots under priced as there are only 15 plots on the offer for ballot.
