How fair was dha computer software in Prism,

I coloured prism map in Yellow for one kanal plots given to public in phase 9 ballot. And was astound to see how cute is DHA computer software that it picked up every low value plot for public. This also indicates what is dha priority of delivery.

@ Opinion, then is it wise for public to invest in DHA prior to ballots ?? if as per you assumption, most public will almost always get bad to worse locations

The deal we get is already small and @opinion you are talking about big deal. It is point of discussion to get some enlightenment from others.

my friends bought files of prism at 26,26 lac in mid 2012 and sold their average locations for 80,80 plus within 3.5 years. aur kya lena hai dha se bhayio?

@opinion , sir don't take it too personal. .we all paid the same amount for every single plot ..the question here is why not dha announced that civilians would have separate ballot on those certain plots and army would have a separate one ..is that simple ..and people would decide better ..and nd just for ur kind information, most makhan goes to dealers , not army

It's seems that block B E And J of state life phase 2 will ends up emerging in C and F block of prism phase 9 , providing them excellent corridor to ferozpur and ring road

Zahid bhai Nice work/idea but you are missing many many many civilian plots in white areas so please double check your marking again and upload or send map to be uploaded with marking readable with plot numbers to cross check and varify markings.


I could give you many dozen plots but about to sleep now. For example I could show you half dozen plots in lower 2 strips of R block that you have no yellow marking. Or C 866 that we have for sale today at 60 lacs but not marked by you. Its a civil plot but not marked. On same streen I know 4 people out of about dozen plots. I know many many clients in same C area that you didnt mark.

Please upload map with numbers or send me number readable map to show you what you forgot like DHA computer to allot to civilians :)

Dear CMY,
Due to sleep, you may be experincing difficulty to recognise, C866 is yellow.But I can understand due to low resolution, numbers are unreadable and i will upload full resolution map.

@omer I disagree R and Q are eqaully good blocks but will be in 2nd tier priroityj of delivery. Once developed upper cutting will be equally rewarding as other good blocks.

Zahid bhai yes indeed I am wrong and may need better glasses after zooming in I see C866 marked yellow. Now I am prying I am not color blind about R block too :)

zahid sb what are you really try to convey by doing this hassle. it seems you got a boundary plot hence doing all this nonsense. Mr.opinion rightly said that if you do not feel comfortable do not invest simple formula. no need to color the map or simply no need of rang bazi

Good work! The question is not if DHA is fair or not, the question is rather is there any real estate authority more fair and credible compared to DHA in Pakistan? I think DHA never promised that the whole Phase will be balloted together or the ballot of army and civilian plots will be done together. Finally, I don't think its really bad allocation when civilians got a majority of plots in good blocks like B,C, Q and P. I would say it was as fair as it could be expected from DHA and as we all expected.

Nothing new CMY disclosed it well before the balloting....however we need to understand....it is there shop....there yougert and there Makhan


But in the process a lot of us also get Makhan....i also got a good if not excellent plot....worth 90 lacs with an investment of only 44 lacs back in 2013

The best Makhan goes to cheat dealers but hats off to people like CMY & his team they r there with genuine advise for new commers like me......

Please see the post before commenting. Plots which are not highlighted are the plots not included in civilian ballot. Means Army officers Plots in above map are not highlighted. You bought a plot from Army officer which is not yellow highlighted so who is dumb you or any other.

My originally balloted plot that I sold in Sep last year is marked white. So I am not sure if the markings are 100% accurate.

@ahmet if you provide the plot number can double check it? Discussion is how fair is software in plot selection or is it human work to feed plot numbers to software for final ballot.

Hi,

Balloting seems fair, but it seems there are two balloting process.
One for Army and one for civilian, so military files land in their balloting process while civilians in their own.

it seems area and blocks were divided before the ballot even.
Like clean blocks A, G, F, E, M , C block lower and D, mostly for military wile B,Q,H, L, N, for civilian.

I think the drawn maps seems quite accurate,

@Ahmad, I did not say that B or K is low value. If you read properly then you can see that every plot next to village, graveyard boundry or drain was included in civilian ballot. This to me is not software job but fed by human to software for balloting. Purpose of my post is not to degrade anyone's investment and highlight that entering near ballot is high risk, price was 62 and for 62 could have bought a decent plot after ballot. But what is also evident from colour scheme that A, lower C, Upper P, D, E, F, G will be given priority for handover and remaining will be handed over in 2nd priority. And I have investment in both groups. So dont take it personal.
