Does it make difference if your plot is on boundary but adjacent to another housing society vs. boundary of village?

There must be difference between he two. Also comments are required from all readers specially Habib, Ahmet, jameelmoghul to rate the below listed locations:
1. Plots on boundary with village.
2. Plots on boundary with society.
3. Plots on boundary with factory.
4. Plots near graveyard.

Only plots on boundary with society are better among all your options. Factory village graveyard naala nothingggg is worth investment except if you want to build house in slightly low price |

My rating starting from worst is as under:
1. Plots on boundary with nullah
2. Plots on boundary with graveyard.
3. Plots on boundary with village
4. Plots on boundary with factory.
5. Plots on boundary with other society.
6. Plots on boundary with farm house.
