Dear Change Location if Possible why not to spend 5 lac today
Come in upper cutting central location still price is manageable as there are some biana holder which will sell around 28, If you have no money then stick to it. If J Block upper Cutting will be 70 then boundary will also be 60

We invest 5 Lac more for switching central location to gain 10 Lac which is difference of boundary and central location....then it means difference remains 5 Lac for boundary plot holder....think about it only 5 Lac
