Few days ago I had discussed on this forum about the possibility of selling or renting out my 10M house in Bahria Town and advice I got was basically to sell it.

The house was built at highest standard and very close to Beaconhouse school, Grand Mosque and Rose Garden, and Janiper-block central park.

Kindly can you update did you managed to construct subject house while staying abroad.
I too residing out of Pakistan, wish to construct one kanal house, but no trustful builder found who deal in with material but with honesty.
Please can you share your experience.
Dear Forum reader, please anybody can update the amount required to construct A class finish for 1K (double story).

Hi
Yes I did manage to build the house by staying in UK. Indeed I was also very concerned about the areas you mentioned. In short I am quite happy with my builder in terms of his professionalism, commitment and especially his input during the process of building.
I also did some research myself on what I want. If you have some specific questions, drop your number and I can get back to you if you are in UK. Or skyp ID if elsewhere
