Dear Yameen;
Its Prism (Phase 9) the largest phase of DHA and that too with best planning and world class facilities InshaAllah. The prices quoted for Prism are without development charges. One who buy these plots will pay the development charges in installments. So its not fair to add 19.50 lac development charge for a 1 kanal plot now as it has to be paid in 3 years.
