CMY Silence on DHA TOWN ???,

With all respect to CMY,

For the past many months I have noticed that CMY is keeping quiet on DHA Town. For some reason he had encouraged to buy to buy a plot in block for some reason he had encouraged to buy a plot in block R prism and showed importance of all blocks of prism but his silence on TOWN is very suspicious to me.

CMY says to always deal in societies where lots of action is Since PRISM is where the action is and heavy sales purchase activity happening in PRISM he recommends to new investors. TOWN he says by end of this year will again pick up

Dear Nisar....ppl may b busy in buying Town plots at cheaper rates. Mind u after few months u wont find any plot less than 65.

Come and reply on above please. As i am sure you are aware of many positives of DHA town like below

1.Starting a construction of main accees from bedian road to existing main Boulevard.

2. House construction activity started.

3.Town is currently pretty underpriced

So you silence on the project is not judge able by us. May be there is. Something which we are nkt aware of, let us know if u have something bad about this project.

Just a wrap up, if speculators 100, Long term plot holder are 30 and 10 are interested in making home. Now DHA town is game of people making home. Both for DHA town and phase 7 It is best time to purchase not sell.
