As per my information State Life has allotted 10 Marla plots in Phase 1 to all the applicants. I have applied for 3 plots and State Life has allotted me 3 plots in Phase 1

I have also received letter confirming allotment of plot 10 marla in State Life phase 1. What is opinion of experts about what effect will there be on the price of such plots?

I think this activity will put positive impact on SL2 prices. At-least society is delivering something. If not 1 kanal then at-least you are getting something in the shape of 10 marla. For me its a positive thing. Lets hope for the best.

This is also a way to grab money from all applicants. If one applied 100 plots, one will get 100 in ballot and then society will now start paying instalments or plots will be cancelled with zero return on downpayment. Now if one will go to sell in market, there will be thousands in market to sell.. Same MR did in Karachi. No one check either society has this much land or no.

My request to Ahmed is please don't play games against State Life Society. What you have commented is just to create panic among innocent investors

@Ahmed we observed that you have too much information about SL, it means either you are close to management of SL or its opponent.
