My suggestion is to not go on bheer chaal and decide yourself logically as property investing is not rocket science. Keep basic principles of commercial investing in DHA in mind, look how the market has behaved in different phases over time, visit the area and then invest yourself. Vising the area is very important as there are so many misconceptions or biased opinions in the market that could only be addressed by visiting the area. Best of luck. |
