Can anyone apprise on prospects of Halloki gardens DHA 11 and effects of LRR southern loop on it

I will suggest that on Raiwind side if you want DHA name go for DHA RAHBAR BLOCKS FGH MNP Mid to Upper cuttings you will gain good inshallah. Pocession given on ground and rates increasing continuously. |

Do you still think there is room for further increase in DHA Rahbar blocks you mentioned. If yes how much. Halloki seems to be at bit lower than Rahbar and it should also gain the price as it is following Rahbar. So what do you think Halloki can give good gain in short term or not? |

Ahmed Gains come from procession and location, Halloki option 2 not bad room for growth. Option 1 still Rahbar as Good 5 marla plot in Valencia next door is at 55 plus and wapda town 65 plus |
