I wanted to buy one more plot in prism. I already have a 1 kanal plot there but my agent asked me to delay it as he said some people have so many plots on hand that they won't be able to pay dev charges. He's saying there might be a slight correction in plot prices in Prism. Should I take his advice on delaying buying a plot now

Your dealer seems to be an honest person take his advice. Not many agents here r like this. They will do what's good for them. Not for us the investors. Good luck. |

Hi, DHA does not cancel the plots.
people pay development charges with fine once they sell from their profit, plot is not cancelled, |
