I am overseas pakistani and have a one kanal plot in SL2. I was unaware of any application for alotment in SL1 from 1 kanal to 10 marla. Please let me know, all plots of SL2 will be aloted in SL1?. What will happen to those who have not applied. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

There is going to big price correction in Prism. This is just a hype by people. You will not see possession of prism plots at least in next 10 years. People is phase 8 is still waiting for possession. Please stay away from prism bec it is at peak and it will have many up and downs. In three year you will get the same 1 kanal plot cleared with all dues than what you are getting it for now. You mark my word. Experience matters. |

It seems that, in future, SL management will convert almost all the plots with the same strategy (One kanal convert into 10 marla and 10 marla into 5 marla) step by step from SL2 to SL1, so dont loss your patience, just keep it. |
