DHA Parkview 1K File,

Please advise how much will be the development charges for DHA Park view 1K file?

Development charges are 18 Lac for 1K file at DHA phase 8 park view.

This amount to be paid in 3 years with installments of 1.5 Lac after every 3rd month.

Means:

January 30, 1.5 Lacs
April 30, 1.5 Lacs
August 30, 1.5 Lacs
December 30, 1.5 Lacs

and cycle continues for 3 years..

And what is the assurance that file holder will get the plot in Park view and not in Phase-7?

Uber and/or climate,

Location wise Park view is the best in DHA new phases. I have seen development of Park view. It is reasonably nice standards. I think you missed the train in the past.

I have not missed any train Anwar. Parkview is no doubt excellent location but it is isolated from the rest of the DHA. Also, I know atleast 3 people who bought plots which were cleared by DHA but when they started construction, local village people with guns and started firing. You can ask anyone in Parkview especially A and F block and they will confirm. In all three cases, people are now going to court. There is a reason that despite its location, prices in Parkview have seen considerably less rise compared to DHA phase 5 or even proper DHA phase 8 which is not even developed yet but twice as expensive!

It needs rocket science to understand that DHA 8 proper is twice as expensive than DHA Parkview. See today's LRE Rates yourself:

DHA Lahore Phase 8 Plots 10 Marla 85 To 100 Lacs & 1 Kanal 115 To 225
DHA Parkview Lahore, Plots 10 Marla 100 To 115 Lacs 1 Kanal 125 To 200 Lacs

There was problem of villagers in new built A block saying that DHa cannot use our road whick aleem khan (Ex owner of parkview) signed... so Dha built the wall and seperated new built block A from old one..I stull remember when I bought file of dha phase 8 parkview A block for 95 lacs 7,8 months before.. people were saying that it's not good investment but now it is trading for 160+ lacs
