Best time to enter PRISM,

I missed the train of buying DHA PRISM File and guess i am bit late to enter PRISM. But not too late i guess.

My Question is, should i wait for any expected correction in prices of prism or should i go ahead with purchasing of plot.

That's a tough call as Pundits are saying 7 will increase and 9 will slow till development becomes highly visible

@Ashfaq,

But I can see a lot of other threads suggesting that PRISM is over priced and correction factor is due for application. I am really confused now with conflicting opinions.

@HC & Help,
I am from Islamabad and do not have much idea of Phase-7. Which block is good to look at for investment point of view (Min 2-3 years)

Kindly set you goal before enter into any Investment. If your goal is house making in Lahore in between 4 to 5 years or investment for 4 to 5 years. Just go for PRISM upper blocks A,P,C,D,Q. Enter into Prism is never too late. Once you enter is right time you enter now. Within one and a 1/2 years when 150ft crosses all over Prism. You cant even imagine the price after 2 years. So think and then buy.
