I was looking to buy in prism over last few weeks. Things were going so speedily that it was unimaginable. It was like Marks & Spencer's sale. Pick up one plot and by the time feedback from seller comes it is picked up by some other party and offer given from someone else and sold.From studying map i got curious about Anmol housing society and enquired about it. This Society is likely to be acquired by DHA as indicated in CMY map of red and blue lines. It has all the facilities other than Gas and is approved from TMA. Price is increasing along with prism and with major road construction will go higher and higher. Before Prism ballot kanal plot was selling at 18 to 20 and same plots have reached to 40. So with low budget is similar powerful investment as prism will grow earlier than prism due to major roads built earlier.
My recommendation is to buy less than 40 in blocks away from drain for investment and can build house earlier than prism to enjoy Prism facilities and investment will be equally fruitful.
