Before development work start in prism there were predictions to get another jump in the prices but so far no price gain there, now what is the predictions about Price increase in the R block after one year

It is already over priced therefore no more raise.
Go for underpriced areas like phase-7 or phase-9 Ext.
Prism will be static and will rise slowly now ! |

What gain you need my friend now. The fair value of best location plot is 115 , even 1 lac more is unfair.
Average good location plot fair value is 90, even 1 lac more is unfair (excluding development charges) |

Dear iftikhar bhaii I did not say it is over priced and I did not say that there will be correction I just said that these are fair values and plots are already trading at these values so sudden gains are not possible now in prism. for fair values there are many factors and mainly it is based on net present value of investment |
