how phase 9 ext campaign has started so early. Good time to buy phase 9 ext is when 1 kanal file is @ 30-35 n not now in any way. |

Never compare on ground plots with file. keep in mind the waiting time for 9-ext development.
Where do you see the prices of 9-ext in next 3 years if one buys file at 50 now? prism file is available at 63 n worst location plots @ 50-55. So 9-ext is not even a closer option at 50. |
