There is one person on this forum who keeps posting the same thing every single day - 'Prism is overpriced' - why I know it's the same person is because of the same grammatical mistakes in every post. The person keeps recommending Phase 7 to every investor whether the customer query is about Prism or even Bahria Town. Dude we are not interested. Stop wasting our time. Stop comparing Prism to a phase located next to BRB canal with no reasonable access points. For God's sake grow up. If you can't afford Prism buy something in Phase 7 right next to the lovely BRB canal. If uska bhi budget naheen hai to go further south and buy something in Amritsar.

Mr Prism stop marketing Prism 24/7. It is all overpriced and you wont get the possession in next 10 years at least. Mr Prism needs to take a look at Phase 7 map and its access points with open eyes and stop taking pills. Seriously I am tired hearing about all this. Big investors don't care but poor people hard earn money are either going to get stuck or ending up loosing when after 3 years all dues are cleared prism plot value will be the same as of today.

Now investors will take all the milk out of phase-9 Ext.
And household investors will again creep in late unfortunately.

even cmy sb today recommended investment in phase 7 in his whats app groups.plus its a free forum and everybody can express his opinion against or in favour of any phase. if you dont like, just scroll down and ignore. simple. life is short, dont make it complicated

Mr Prism don't realize that there are poor money who have invested there retirement funds or some people bought it for there daughter marriage and some people have borrowed money to invest so tomorrow they can hope for secure future and with all these kind of people how can you even recommend day and night to invest there money in prism which is overpriced hyped by big investor something which you won't even get a possession for at least 10 years or more and development charges. Please MR Prism think about these innocent people hard earned money not everyone is a investor. People take things very seriously in this forum.

You please wake up now, prism is currently pretty much overpriced. Still it is good but for long term investors. Phase 7 and DHA town is ready for living so why people have to invest in your lovely prism while it is overpriced. If you are a person who noticed grammatical mistakes then you really need to grow up man.

Mr. Prism, please stop it now. The investor have really badly cheated the the innocent buyers. How can you compare Phase 7 which is ready to live and prism which need another ten years to see the houses there. Moreover if you have any engineering sense there is big difference in locations, see the approaches from Phase 7 and Prism. Learn to read the map my brother, it will help you to decide better.

@ prism...Hon chain aa gyaa hay...next time don't catch grammar mistakes. Property forum aren't to correct or taunt on one's grammar, just put your opinion in positive way and let others to agree or don't. There is time limit. One can give comments everyday or whenever one watns

well , every body has different views to look in the situation.

it is not rocket since , its simple maths. Person who had files and they are holding till now . they are earning good & they will earn good even in long terms.

those brought 1K plots in average location above then 6.5 million may face some up and downs but long term they will have some good profit.
Good location plots will stand strong in block A,B,c, D, E, R & Q. etc.

in very simple way , "every dog has a day" Prism & phase 7 will have peak time but you should not panic and act timely and accordingly. No you are in game chose your best time and profit and make exit.
