@sajid.. Ahmed is completely misguiding you.. Yes, now a days there is a slump in the prices of SL-2 but its prices will rise IA in coming 5-6 months. If you want to sell then at-least you should wait for 5-6 months from now. Or SL-2 usually holds its AGM in October or November. And prices gets better before the AGM.

So in short you should sell this plot near october. Closely watch the prices in august and september.

Forget 100 feet road but future is great as you will get 10marla in prism against your kanal if you will not get 10 marla in SL1

@ Sajid, Observer is misguiding you. Sell and buy in DHA even 5 marla. At least you will not get this kind of headache.
