PRISM VS PHASE 7 who will slow or gain,

What's the best suggestion as some of my relatives also ask me this question.

PRISM or PHASE 7
My gut feeling says PHASE7 will go up like phase 6 did and phase 7 was just started few years ago.

Looks like history is repeating itself. Phase 7 ready and PRISM just started.

Do you feel prices will drop for how long or PRISM will rise no matter what for next 12 months and PHASE 7 will it remain slow and forgotten? Or reverse

It depends on time frame

For short term 1 to 3 years.. gain for both phases will be comparable.. just need to invest wisely in both phases
For long term more than 3 years Prism will give more profit.

Agreed with MD.
prism prices are now dependent on pace of development. Next milestone for prism is to become comparable with phase 8 prices after 5 years!!!

Phase 7 will also rise with possession/construction activity and one MUST keep in mind that rise of phase 7 is in benefit for prism holders as well because phase 7 prices will prove be to a cap-value for plots prices in prism in future.

I think both would gain but gain of ph.9 would be much higher than ph.7.
Ph.7 is very slow and will stay slow for next 10 years comparatively to ph.8, ph.6, and ph.9.

This difference is very evident if you study the last one year prices.

In my view there would be no stability in prices of prism but on contrary upwards movement.

The best appreciated phase would be ph.8 & ph.9 ...and least would be ph.7
Its not just so but because of location and appreciation.

in next 5 years, phase 7 1 crore worth plots will double but prism plots of current 1 crore worth will not double at all in next 5 years

@ Shahzad qamar bhai good to see you again on LRE site after a long times but in your absence there is a lot of changes. I also gain a lot of experience from you amd Cmy bhai. But i just want to recall your memory that phase 9 "PRISM" got balloted. And after balloting fast track devolpment has started first time ever in the history of DHA. After an year and so 150' roads struture should be completed by "NESPAK". Afterwards within 3 years or atmost 4 years upper blocks like A,P,C,D,Q are ready for Posession "In Shaa Allah". "Shahzad bhai be logical allready develop jagah koo phir say devolp karwanay jaa rahay hein app. phase 7 is develop now please please accept this" Dont forget the latest increase in phase 8 just a year back now its time for "PRISM". How is it possible that you plus a Crore in phase 7 in 5 years and Prism will not. Mark my words may be you take snap shot of my statement that after 3 years Prism upper blocks good location are 2 crore plus. I am talking about good locations not Excellent locations. So Shahzad bhai there are a loads of loads changes in your absence. Be Practical.

Please don't get your money stuck in prism. You won't get anywhere with it at least for 10 years. Phase 7 is the way to go.

rise in phase 7 will give rise to prism too , they r not in competition bad to phase 7 will be bad for phase 9 . so understand cycles prism is future , phase 7 is ripe fruit , more it will gain better for better located under development project.

Bro dont use my name please. I meant what i wrote in my post. Prism will not be tripple in next 5 years. It will but after adding development charges and waiting 10 years. And please i have investments in prism but it does not mean i give false hopes here to other hard earning investors.

Surfer bhaii I was not posting it does not mean I was not reading,due to some website issues I was not able to post. you are forgetting the fact that still 20 lac is to be added in prism while ph 7 plots are already with development charges. You add 20 to current prism prices then double it, prism 9 average plot shall become 220 lac, way more than phase 8 average location (that is near possession). Please recalculate your figures.
