2) DHA Rahber Phase 2 10M file

DHA RAHBAR is very active right now as end of march one major road alternate raiwind will be completed and balloting expected soon so go with that option as a 1st priority. Flyover also will come in operation soon for ferozpur road

Better avoid file at the moment Multan is long long term investment Dha Rahber is not as good as far as location is concerned.Best is that you go for on ground upper j or if you have budget for 10 marla go for 10 marla in C or R. Get good returns in 3 to 4 years "In shaa Allah"

It is told by many in this forum that DHA Rahber may touch around 70K - 80K in 2-3 years time span which is not possible in Prism or any other.

I dont know why people are running after DHA Rahbar 2, all society close to Nala, smell is every where and prices have gone much higher, far away from other DHA phases, its better to go dha town then dha rahbar.

Non DHA RAHBAR has the most central location on Raiwind side and multiple infrastructure projects and DHA RAHBAR COMMERCIAL is coming with mosques schools. Doesn't matter it's close to main DHA or not just like EME kanal plot is 2.5 crore
