Aoa to everyone .would like to share some news regarding prism phase 9 .I hope that it will help alot of current plot holders and new buyers .
The first news is that development would be start in upto 4 blocks simultaneously(I do have information regarding the selected blocks but it would be extremely unfair to disclose it over here ).
The second news is that as per the plan , after 18 months next 4 blocks will Be Added AND Afterward Every 8 To 12 Months Keep Adding 4 At A Time .
First 4 blocks will be handed over in 36 to 42 months , and new blocks will be hands over every 10 to 12 months
As if everything goes well according to the plan then all blocks of prism phase will be hand over to their rightful owners in max 7 to 8 years time .which is not a bad period for such huge project.
As I said these r the plans what they have decided so now time will be best to make smart decisions .

I wud recommend DHA phase 7 anyday over prism. you can find an underdeveloped plot starting from 60 lac which will be developed in a few years time as most of phase 7 is already developed and there are houses there. just 3 km away in phase 6 you cannot find a 10 marla plot below 110 lac. (almost double) and they go up to 150 lac. driving in a car you cover this distance in less than 3 minutes. it is like going from H block market to sheeba park or Y block market in phase 3. prices dont change on this distance (as long as plot is good)
Prism is still 6/7 years away (thats the documented time dha takes to develop a small size phase whereas phase 9 is 45,000 kanal) so after a while people will start to realize that its not possible to develop prism in 3 years as claimed to some investors and prices will than start to go down. In my opinion prism will be great when its developed but that will be in 2024 and there will be many cycles till than in it till than and you will find a lot of opportunity to build in that .
One personal experience. In july i had 50 lac rs of my hard earned money (being a salaried person) and was under similar dileemaa as u. all dealers recommended prism but i went for phase 7.. prism has fallen since july and my phase 7 plot has given me a return of 22.3% since july till now (to be precise) and still its not even 12 months.
