It is time for NFC now If they develop the land Price can double in few days, already basic infrastructure has been laid. The main issue will be fund raising, as cost of development has increased. They still have Commercial E In hand to sell. Previously Nespak 3 faced similar situation development was also delayed for 19 years and finally they imposed few Lac possession charges.
Without bitter pill it cant be developed, the only issue is new admin should not be lazy and corrupt like in past. |
