Can you tell me if we do not pay development charges for 1 k prism plot. After 3 years how much fine will be added on top of 1950000 actual development charges?

Dear,
Its almost 100 rupees per day, so after 3 years, it will be approximate
108000 PKR extra.
Its just an idea based on my experience with PRISIM late submission of development charges.
For delay of 20 day to 1st installment of development charges, DHA put 1959 PKR extra.

please confirm from other sources as well.

100 per day for one installment, then you have to multiply with each one of installment, then the net fine will be something different and much more than pkr. Am i right?

It shall be almost 700,000 PKR late penalty, mean total development charges shall be 26.5 Lakh after 3 years in ONE PAYMENT.

1st inst. fine 109500
2nd inst. Fine 100500
3rd inst. Fine 91500
And so on

Is the fine also levied on previous accrued fines? or only on the installement amount.
