It is already between 4-6lac so very little chance of any more upward movement

Room is there as when in 36-38 lacs you getting 8 Marla. Every where else in Lahore you can get average societies per Marla is 7-8 lacs so few years rate will be 50-60 lacs at least. BAHRIA ORCHARD average 5 lacs per Marla is relatively cheap look at DHA nothing less then 10 lacs / Marla
