DHA Ballot Form
Item-4 on the prescribed form states " Father's Name". Should not it have given an option of "Husband's Name" as for married females it is husband 's name on the national identity card from which particulars can be matched. With the filled form. Please advise.

You can write Husband Name and Bracket it [Husband name] , it is Just basic Form mainly Ballot will be on the ID Number, then again detailed forms will be submitted. |
