I am an overseas Pakistan and have a 10 marla plot in DHA phase 7 Y block (possession given already). Can anyone who recently visited phase 7 tell me about any construction activity if phase 7 and particularly in Y block.
I want to start construction of my house soon, that is why interested to know. Thank you very much.

I visited Phase-7 last month as I was in the process of buying one plot. I observed 4-houses under construction in W-block whereas almost 25 houses in remaining blocks collectively but no house in Y-block. Development was going on at lower cuttings |
