Dear LRE Team/CMY and Respected Members,

whats Your opinion about Bahria Orchard.Is this a good buy at this time considering the alternate raiwand road and widending of the existing one.

How do we compare Bahria Canal with Bahria Orchard? Do you think Bahria Orchard has more Juice from Investement point of view?

Yes, there has been alot of activity on this part of Lahore. with Bahria main office moving and opening of alternate road , there will be significant improvement in prices. Another jump expected after Ring Road work.

Bahria Orchard is a Modern and Outstanding project. it is best among all societies on Raiwind Road side.

No doubt, Bahria Orchard is a great project as I predicted most of the time its prices will reach 50 lacs for Lco 8m and 5m 38lacs .Now a days plots are selling on nearby these prices. Now ,once again ,I am hopeful the price of 8m will reach 60 lac and 5 m 45 lac after 6 month as possession is coming near. LCO blocks are hot for investment especial C ,D, and E blocks.Its my personal point of view and observations, and sources.
