Main alternate road is very prime main boulevard location but motive is house construction or investment. As lot of price increase already happened. |

If investment I will suggest 5 Marla there as this society has more of those Upper to middle cutting blocks FGHL MNP are more recommended and suggested average plot 40-45 lacs will go to 60 lacs in next few months inshallah |
