I hold 1K plot on the main boulevard near main entrance in AWT-phase 2, it is near the 1st plot on the main entrance, can any property expert help about two points:
1. What is approximate market value of the plot.
2. Should I hold the plot or sell it while I am reading so many positive changes happening around Raiwind Road / LRR etc.

There is no 150 feet wide road in awt2.maximum is 100 feet. |
