How do we compare Bahria Orchard & Dha Rahbar for investment point of view for 2/3 years?
Do you think bahria orchard has more room for gain as Dha Rahbar has gained a lot in last few months and seems to be saturated.

Bahria Orchard is 30 lacs average for Good blocks C block phase 2 on ground and near pocession etc and pocession block phase 1 is 37 lacs average.
Yes if you compare between the two and if I stick to your question then BAHRIA ORCHARD has more room to grow as that's the cheapest 5 marla you will get in a reputed society on ground plots no files we are talking. DHA RAHBAR is DHA name so commanding few lacs extra and slight advantage of location as more central and near active community VALENCIA, IEP etc. |

Bahria Orchard is world class development, good brand name and mostly on ground. It is still underpriced and you can get hold of good 8 Marla plot in 36 to 44 lac. Now there is he'll of a difference between 5 marla and 8 Marla. I suggest one must grab at least 1 plot there. Some good installment deals are also available in Orchard 3 which is on main raiwind road opposite old Orchard. |
