Dear Experts,
I see slowly there are other developments nearby Central park, if I consider it for my house construction in 3-4 years. Please advise your opinion based on below or any drawback.
1- Any chance of merger with big names like DHA or Bahria?
2- Easy access to Ferozepure road and chance of metro extension.
3- Exactly other side of road Bahria Nasimen is comparatively high. Also about 1 Km away from Ferozepure road.

1. No chance of merger.
2. Metro extension is possible, but not in near future.
3. Yes it is best to make home in this budget. |

Even with presencence of good socities complete infrastrucre it gained average papularity. Good for construction. |

I have visited Central Park about a month ago. The ground reality has totally changed and there was a lot of hustle bustle and construction activity.I have noticed the following points:
1) Secured Gated community, I have spoken to few people and dealers there and they pointed out that they have a very good security and armed security personal guard it 24 hours.
2) Lots of Green area and Main park of about 400 plus kanal. It has a beautiful jogging track and well maintain
3) Sui gas is available
4) I have been informed by three dealers that there are around more than 600 familes are living in Central park
5) Fully functional Hospital and medical college
6) LGS school was about to start its operations
7) Huge Shopping complex "Grand Store" expecting opening soon
8) Minimum 40 & 50 meters wide streets
9) There are strong chances of metro bus extension. I tis already approved by Punjab Govt.
10) The prices of 5 marla in vicinity such as Bahria NAsheman is around 31-35 lacs.
11) LRR southern loop will bisect Ferozpur road and the interchange will be roughly 4 KM away. This will give a big shift in prices of Ferozpur road schemes. The reality is that if LRR gives a benefit to Raiwind road than why not Central park, Grand Avenue?
12) highly underprice as per marla is still 2.50- 3 lac . I tcan easily gain another 2 lac per marla once LRR bisect at Ferozpur road.

I agree with Ahsan. Last year I bought 1k at main boulevard (150 ft) @ 50 lac. Now I have offer for 80 Lac but I prefer construct my house. |
