Why do you need support of others ?
Belive in yourself and yo u will succeed in life.
Properties are bought for long term not for trading few lacs here and there(at least not me)
Keep the file for 5 years and it will give you good rewards.
Yes the file price can go down any time but over a period of time price and development catches up.
Any Commercial File held in DHA for past 20 years have given good rewards, so do not worry and do not visit the forum everyday to check the price of your piece of land.
If you want to be updated daily about the prices of your asset then i think you should invest in a stock market.
Long term is the way to go in property. |

This is highly inflated price and file was available @ 86lac just few months ago. Anyhow, Good luck and keep it for long term investment. |
