Why Phase 7 prices are still the same as 6 months ago,

I noticed that prices have gone up for nearly all plots/files except phase 7. Why Phase 7 prices are still the same as 6 months ago? Any expert opinion as I want to buy and feel like buying only phase 7 now

Now is the time to buy in phase 7. CMY has already predicted that phase 7 will not rise to retain the balance.

Turn over is Slow may be You are talking of selling Otherwise as a buyers price is not less the only exception is Plots near Hadiara Drain in Z and Y Block, Average plot in Phase 7 witout bad features is 1.3. Upper Cutting 130+20 and Lowest Cutting 130-20, Mid way 130 Like in T,U Block near mian boluvard

Wrong info sir. Rain water drain line is in 15th Avenue
