Is Phase 9 J Block upper cutting near Ashiana interchange still a good buy for one year time frame? What shall be expected future value after one year?

It is still good buy.can buy it. For three year it is ideal one. If development work goes as per plan It can be worthy for one year too.

It will be good for 3 ys time frame, I year too little to cover transfer expenses and other taxes plus Profit. |
