Dear experts I was unsuccessful in december to book an apartment in pentasquare. Yesterday they called and offered me a massionette 3 bed,block D ,3rd floor apartment for 2.75 crores. Please advise is it a worthy investment. 15 percent down payment rest in 10 quarterly instalments. I am confused. Will it be easy to sell once I get intimation letter after down payment. Thank you for your time.

That was my apartment which I cancelled as it was over priced
Now DHA is trying to sell it since a month and can't sell neither are they giving me my initial deposit till it is sold |

Boy it is #307 near to 305,covered area 1959 sq feet. It means many are being cancelled . |

Add around 50 lacs to that price and you can get a reasonable one kanal house in DHA. Yes the installments are an advantage BUT DHA will complete it in a minimum of four years. |
