I am sure most of you would have noticed that Dha 9 Town prices have jumped upward from 52-53 lacs to 58-60 lacs. Good Location plots like main and corner are not giving less than 65 lacs.
8 marla main road and Block C big road plots asking 85 lacs and not less than 82-83 lacs.
Today spoke to one of LRE person and he confirmed as soon as the road work is complete mostly by end of this month prices will further jump high at least 4-5 lacs.
All are welcome to make positive comments and add more knowledge for all of us. Any one have more updated road work pictures or inner news. I would also request CMY sahib for his expert advise.

Yes. I also confirmed that prices have moved from an average range of 50-55 to 55-60 lacs over the past week. The main entrance might be completed in 3-6 weeks time as they need to knock down a farm house in the way. Hopefully, the market will go in purchase mode in a few weeks after which prices could gain solid ground. The increase in Rahbar and Halloki Phase 11, imply a good jump coming to DHA 9 Town very soon. In sha Allah |
