DHA Town access road Update,

I have visited the site today and found remarkable progress on DHA Town 120 feet access road. Mud road is visible now and we enquired from the available staff thry confirmed that this road will be carpeted in 3-4 weeks time and further he told us that underpass will be built at the same place which will connect phase6 with DHA town and Prism.

It is a good news for all plot holders of Town and Prism.

I have seen machinery was also working on the road works in Prism which is connecting Town with Prism.

I have checked current plots availability in the markeet and averge plots are being demanded as high as 55-60 and good plots are being traded above 60. If you can further hold till the access road is carpeted then i do believe that average plot will reach at 65.


All above is my personal assessment so please do your own research before any buying selling.

This is great for DHA Town and Prism. Also, lets hope that the underpass is constructed soon. The development of Knowledge Park in Phase 7 is also opposite to the DHA Town and the underpass that will go through E-block Phase 6 might be constructed soon to facilitate the whole project as development budget for the Knowledge Park was announced recently.

Good work. I fully agree with your statement as was busy in buying a 5 or 8 marla plot either in Block A or C and was shocked to hear the prices been demanded by dealers and direct owners. Good location plots 60 lacs and not giving less than 59 lacs in Block B and C for 5 marla. 8 marla in block C 83 to 85 lacs.

Another thing I have noticed that people are sticking hard to there asking prices as very little margin in final price. Dealers confirming prices for 5 marla by end of this month will be 65 lacs and some have already started asking this price in Block C.

I have bought 8 marla plot in block C 120ft main road facing askari 11, next to corner for 82 lacs and got it transfered yesterday.

I think if one want to invest in Dha 9 Town he should act quick and don't wait till end of march 2016 as you would end up paying extra 5-6 lacs. Good luck to all plot holders in 9 Town.

Juice has been extracted from Prism and I believe people will now turn to 9 town and Phase 7. Prices have certainly increased and I believe there is further rise is expected very shortly.

However I want to ask about D block in 9 Town. I understand possession is not given but doesn't anyone know the expected time frame for D block?

Finally, 9 town is picking up now. Hopefully, it will follow the price trend in phase 6 D-Block 5 marla soon.

Bro I was given 3 options facing park 5 marla to buy. Asking price was 65 to 67 lacs. If you are looking to buy than go for some big road plot rather facing park, you can easily get it arround 60 to 62 lacs. If want to sell I would say to wait till end of march and sell in between 65 to 68 lacs. April will be really hot weather wise and 9 Town market wise.

Market news is we can see few more houses shortly in Block C and A.
Block B is not bad as well as it is the first block on 9 town entrance and no village, no grave yard etc. Try any good plot on main or back of main arround 60 -65 lacs.

When the prices fo up in 9 town, and ph 7, prism will go up, it has reached at certain point, now prism will follow ph 7 and 9 town, when again 9 town prices will see rise, prices in R block will jump automatically. Prism will see a price boom soon. Still prices are not at peak when you compare it with southern lahore. Prism and Dha will always be hot cake for investers.
