Dear Ej,

Good work. I am sure by the end of this month road work would be 80 to 85% complete and By the Grace of God prices will more appreciate. Just to clear few friends confussion dha has bought the Suffuk farm house and placed it board over there as the place will be used for parties, weddings etc. Dha will not pull down this farm house to give way to the main road for 9 Town rather before the Farm house the road is been curved on left crossing the Canal water khala and old approach road near marble factory and than straighten to attach with previously build main boulevard next to Block B. I have been visiting 9 Town continously for 5 to 6 days and saw dha machinery work on mud road actually curing the land so it retain its physical condition.

Another thing if 9 Town prices dont increase this will badly effect prism R block 5 marla and 10 marla prices (K and J block as well). If 9 Town 5 marla price is 70 lacs, which will be for sure in next 2 to 3 months than only Prism price can gain further from today good location prices (34 to 36 lacs for 5 marla) to 42 to 45 lacs in next 12 months. I am sure friends will get my point where I am coming from.

Still, there doesn't seem to have any impact on DHA 9 town plot prices. Instead, starting price of 5 Marla has dropped 1 lac from 47 to 46 and max is still 62 lacs as per LRE updates.

Also, (DHA 9 town 5 Marla file is 38 lacs + 9 lacs development charges + uncertain location + unclear possession time) VS (DHA 9 town possession plots starting at 46 lacs). Sorry for my ignorance if I am missing something. Would be grateful for brotherly guidance.

@Syed ANZ,

price 46 lac is for plot facing grave yard or facing village or boundary plot or odd shape plot. By the way these plots are also arround 50-52 lacs. I dont know from where LRE got these prices?? Bro market is very hot and high for 9 Town. Call 3 or 4 dealers and ask them 9 town rates than you will realise the real picture. pls do your good home work.
