Whats talha block payment schedule.

12.5 advance then 10 by march.. and after that when is next 10 due? Is it again march





I am asking this bcuz original advance payment was 22.5 lakh but dealers negotiated with bahria and paid 12.5 advance only.

I want to know if I have to pay 20 lakh or 10 lakh in march.
