Yes I too believe that DHA Town 5 Marla prices will rise but not too much as it will then compete with prices of Prism 1 kanal or Phase 7 10 marla. Some people did point out that the possession factor in 9 Town but there are lot of investors too who don't care about possession. I think there is a limit to increase in 5 Marla, So as soon as prices rose 5-10 lac in mid or end of year best time to sell it and hold 10 marla or 1 kanal in Prism for maximum gain if intension is not making house. |
