Dear All
In Phase 9 Town road is under construction, and the prices of Phase 9 town reaching at peak. then the upper cutting of prism Block B will also get maximum benefit from this development. What i have noticed is: people are ignoring upper cutting of Prism Block B.

Even 5 marla price of Phase 9 Town reaching 60 lacs whereas at 70-75 lac someone can have 1 kanal plot in prism Block B. The location of both are almost same.

you are forgetting an important factor which is possession, in 9 Town possession is available while Prism is still need long way to get possession.

yes with the road construction, definitely prism will get benefit as well.

In my opinion also the upper cutting of Prism Block B will be benefitted more since it is adjacent to Askari XI and Phase 9 town will also have approach roads from these 2 areas.
But in-reality the boom goes to A, B, C because of investors only.

@ AW... Yes this is what I want to say. Even another planned road (approach from Phase 5 M Block to Block B) will further benefit Block B. Then why people not considering this Block as investment?

I have a plot in B block upper cutting as well (In balloting), it is at 120 ft road close to excluded area, I think we have to be realistic, these could be factors:

- No commercial activity in B block so far (No place for sector shops, masjid, etc.)
- huge excluded area.
- Phase 5 M Block and Phase 9 under pass does not seem possible since it is planned since very long time and still no news.

if excluded area gets clear, I think then B block can touch any other blocks of Phase 9 Prism,

but we dont know when this area will be clear.

What i did not understand if this area is not clear why it is part of map.

May be somebody has authentic information about excluded area.

I am thinking to switch to plot inside prism or buy on ground in Phase 7.

B block upper cutting is for risk takers.As it is very clear if excluded area becomes DHA included area. The prices will easily touch A block prices.

Yes I agree, If Excluded area comes in DHA cutting, it even may cross Block A. Risk is there.

Any idea who is the owners and what is the plan on this area?

What if the excluded area occupied for ASKARI Project? May be ASKARI 12 or so.

For Sure this will boom up B Block upper portion.
