Hi CMY,
I would request you to update the price listing against each plot on your website, it would be a great help for all of us. I have noticed that the plots listed on the website are very old and most of them are not available with LRE team.

Kindly note that prices mentioned on LRE site are identical for the similar location plots. Most of the plots which are still appearing on site are below average location, all excellent location and good location plots in prism are moving at fast pace. Therefore if some one is interested to buy a good location plot in prism he must need to work closely with LRE team with sufficient amount of patient. |

I have mentioned it to CMY earlier too that more than 80% of plots put on the page are not available with LRE team when you ask them for the those plots. Many plots remain on page for months without any update.
Having said that , i will suggest to concentrate on quality rather than quantity bcz to have less no of plots (genuine plots) on the page is better than having a big lot of plots without any clue when asked.

Please update your daily price list and also show available confirm plots in Bahria Orchard. There is a big demand but not a single plot in market. So if you have plots than you should need to update Bahria Orchard sales plots list plz. Thanks. |

Kindly consider suggestion put by Mr Ahmad, as recently i have gone through same situation.
I was interested in buying a 5 Marla plot in Prism J block, but most of the plot i have selected from the list were not available but to my surprise they are still on the list.
Kindly ask them to double check before putting them on sale list and most of the listed prize were not reflecting the current Market rates for the plots.
I understand that rates for the Prism are up now, but list should be updated. |

@CMY yes I was talking about same website. Above comments are self explanatory, and I experienced the same while selecting few plots, having looked upon the map when I asked the LRE team, they said we no more have same plots available not even a single plot.
A good suggestion given in above comments is to color code the plots direct/dealer/thirdparty etc. |
