im considering to buy a Dha 9 town file... I would love to buy a plot there but unfortunately dont have funds. what are the prospects? like where its gonna end up eventually?the way I see it, some land is vacant beside Mota Singh wala and some behind D block.

Now DHA town file will not be much different than Phase 9 only a bit location confirmation, I f I would be in your place i will prefer on Map Plots in Prism ad I dont feel that in time scale there will be much difference .

Dha town has small streets so can't be compared with prism

Ahmad786,

Prism has small streets when compared to Phase 5,6,7,8. Go ask DHA and you will find out that streets are not 50 ft in Prism.

Location is king in prism, no matter what the street size is. Investor trend also confirms this point.

Yes but people need to stop suggesting that one is better than the other. So if someone wants to compare DHA Town with Prism, they should remember that DHA Town is located ahead of the best block of Prism. It is lame to compare these two properties as both are great on their own accord. DHA Town is best for small home makers who will construct houses from today till the next 5 years, and Prism is good for long-term investors.

@Ahmad786®, As per DHA official map of Phase 9, the standard street size is 50 Feet. Only at very few places it is 45 feet and at that place it is mentioned clearly. While 60 feet, 80 feet, and 100 feet etc. are separately mentioned.
