Please can someone calculate total penalty that would incur on 1 kanal and 5 marla prism plots if development charges are not paid for 3 years.
This would be very helpful for a lot of people, I have tried to calculate but I'm totally lost as how to calculate. :h :h

Dear Sir,
DHA will Charge 92 PKR per day on each installment in case of non payment on development charges with due time period.So calculate accordingly

I don't agree with Salman's calculation because it is charged 20% annually on each due payment, and 92 rupee has no relevance.

Calculation of 5 marla will be as following;
E.g; For 5 Marla you will pay approx 290,000 if you don't pay any development charges from first due date till 36 months
For 1 Kanal it is approx 632,000 PKR

It's so confusing thousands of plots are owned by people but no one knows the answer,also in the intimation letter it's mentioned a charge of 100 rupees per day, please can someone solve this mystery it's very important

Yes It is correct 92 per day per installment due
At the end of 2016 it will be like this
Like You had
One due at 01/01/16 92X365 plue due installment
For second 92X 275 plus due installment
For third 92 X 182 plus due installment
For forth due 92X 90 plus due Installment
At the end of 2016 Add all and Carry forward to 2017 now next years instead of daily, 20% annual Compounded will be charged

For 2017 Now daily will start
If you defer the payment 5,6 years the amount is almost equal to your plot price, Then DHA will do liquidation like they are doing now for 600 Plots

for 5 merla Plot after 5 yars it will be about 19 Lac plus due 9 Lac Total 28 Lac

That means there will be huge penalty if somebody doesnt pay development charges fpr 3-years. I believe many people like me were not aware of this fact

Here is the simple calculation, if you don't pay for 3 years, not even a single installment the final value immediately after 3 years will be 1.35 X Total development charges.
For example for 1 Kanal = 1.35 x 19.5 = 26.325 Lac (total to be paid after 36 months = 6.8 lac penalty )
